The Luxembourg Plaza in Prague was planned and built by the renowned American architecture office Arquitectonia. It is a modern multifunctional building with offices, shops and an international hotel.
The Marriott Hotel required space-saving and silent drycoolers for cooling and air-conditioning, because the building in situated in the town’s centre where strict sound regulations have to be observed.
For this purpose, the space-saving Güntner GFH drycoolers were installed on the roof. Due to the reduced unit weight, no constructive reinforcement was necessary. The precise sound levels of the Güntner units allow for an optimal adaptation to the sound regulations.
Thus comfortable indoor temperatures and a pleasant silence reign in the 160 rooms of the eight storey hotel.
